nth to blog for these two days...ytd rot at home the whole day before goin to jog at nite...jogged for six songs's times...roughly less than half an hour...but in the end went home nearly cramp on my left leg...today is hui maan's birthday man!!!HUI MAAN!!!HAPPY BRITHDAY TO U!!!!
